Next Steps
I offer an initial free 20 minute consultation either by phone or zoom, on Mondays or Fridays between 9:30am - 2:30pm.

Please contact me to arrange an initial consultation.

After the initial consultation, if we agree to move forward we can set up our first session together. During this session we will explore therapeutic goals and start to build trust and rapport. The therapeutic work can be short-term or longer term, dependent on the specific needs of the person. We will review our work together on a regular basis to ensure that we are working inline with our therapeutic goals.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
Once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will still need to pay for the session.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your appointment.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing me at juliemccraetherapy@gmail.com.

Confidentiality
I work within the BACP Ethical Framework and adhere to the policies as outlined by the BACP. All Client records are data protected and stored securely. The content of the therapy sessions are confidential unless a person discloses that they, or someone else, are put at risk of significant harm.
