“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” – Viktor E. Frankl
I offer EMDR therapy, specialising in Attachment-Informed EMDR, for adults and adolescents. I work within a safe, relational framework, supporting clients to build emotional regulation, resilience, and sustainable change.
I also offer R-TEP for recent trauma and G-TEP, a structured, group-based EMDR approach for shared traumatic experiences.
My special interests include neurodivergent clients (including Autism, ADHD, Tourette’s Syndrome, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Neurofibromatosis) and CPTSD survivors.
What is CPTSD? CPTSD (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) develops following long-term, repeated or chronic trauma, often within early or inescapable relational environments. Alongside PTSD symptoms, it can involve difficulties with emotion regulation, self-worth, and relationships. These are survival adaptations, not personal failings.
I am neurodivergent, and this lived experience informs my work alongside my clinical training. I am trained in EMDR, Attachment-Focused EMDR, ACT and DBT, and work as an integrative psychotherapist. I am also IFS-informed and draw from CBT, person-centred therapy, play therapy, Floortime and Gestalt approaches.
My aim is to work gently, safely and collaboratively, helping clients move forward at a pace that feels right.
